If "Default" is selected this will result CCM loading with the behavior noted in the country input above (if any). If not, this selection will override the behavior associated with any country specified above.
Add as many parameters as you want, separated by "&" (ampersands) just as you would in the URL. Any leading "&"s will be trimmed.
